All fencers must be members of the BFA and be a member of a Yorkshire affiliated club or reside within the Yorkshire Region .BFA membership cards must be presented at check-in. (fencers without a valid BFA membership card must take out BFA membership on the day) . All clothing and equipment must be in good working order and comply with BFA regulations. Plastrons, jackets, breeches and long socks are compulsory. Size 3 blades must be used. BFA clothing regulations will be enforced. All fencers must be under 14 years of age on 1st January 2008. The events will be run in accordance with BFA rules. However, the organisers reserve the right to vary or interpret the rules at their discretion. Photographs or video may be taken by the organisers for publicity purposes |
